Drive Management has no subscription of its own. It is included from the Essential tier upwards, and what you can do depends on your CloudM Automate tier. It is only available to administrators whose role has the Drive Management permission, which is Global scope only.

Signatures
On the Signatures tier, Drive Management appears in the side menu but opens a page about upgrading. It does not show your domain's data.
Essential
For seeing what you have and fixing individual users. You get full control of any user's My Drive, read-only visibility of shared drives across your domain including the risk data (external members, public link sharing, ownerless drives), and activity history. On a shared drive, View drive and Open in Google Drive stay available. The other actions are greyed out with a prompt to upgrade. You can open Bulk Query to see how it works, but you cannot run a job.
Pro
Everything in Essential, plus acting on the shared drives themselves, one drive at a time: reassign an orphaned drive, remove or downgrade an external member, fix sharing, empty the bin, rename, move between organisational units, or delete. Acting on the folders and files inside a shared drive is also from Pro. Bulk actions are not included, and Bulk Query can be opened but not run.
Enterprise
Everything in Pro, plus two ways to change many shared drives at once. Bulk actions let you select several shared drives and act on them together. Bulk Query lets you target drives by condition, using a Predefined Template or your own query.
