Selecting an Organisational Unit and choosing Configure gives you access to settings that apply to all users within that OU.
- Navigate to Directory > Organisational Units and select the OU you want to configure.
- Select Configure from the OU panel.
- Select the option you want to configure from the dropdown menu.
Configure options

| Profile Fields | Opens Settings > Profile Fields with the selected OU pre-selected. Configure which fields are displayed for the OU and its users, and whether settings are inherited from a parent OU or set explicitly. | All tiers |
| Email Signatures | Opens Signatures > Email Signature Management. Edit and enable a signature to be applied to the email footer of all users within the OU. | All tiers |
| Offboarding | Opens Workflows > Offboarding with the selected OU pre-selected. Configure the offboarding workflow applied to users in this OU when they leave your organisation. | Essential, Pro, and Enterprise |
| Backup | Opens the Backup policy configuration for the OU. Set and manage the backup policy applied to all users within this OU. | Essential, Pro, and Enterprise |
