When you select an Organizational Unit from the list, the informational panel for the specific OU will slide in from the right hand side of the screen. You can select Configure to change specific workflows and settings that you wish to apply to the selected Organizational Unit.
- On the Organizational Units screen, click on the Organizational Unit that you want to edit.
- The Information panel will slide in from the right hand side of the screen.
- Select Configure.
- The following drop down menu will be displayed, showing the available options.
- The Configure options are:
- Profile Fields - Selecting Fields will take you to Automate> Profile Fields with the specified Organizational Unit pre-selected. You can set the information that can be displayed for the OU and users within the OU, and whether these settings are inherited from a Parent OU or need to be added explicitly.
- Email Signatures - Selecting Email Signatures will take you to Signatures > Email Signature Management. You can edit and enable a signature to be applied to the email footer of all users within the Organizational Unit.
- Offboarding - Selecting Offboarding will take you to Automate> Offboarding Workflow with the specified Organizational Unit pre-selected. You can set the Offboarding workflow that will be applied to all users within the OU when they leave your organization.
