Configure options on the OU Informational Panel

Access to this feature varies by tier. See what's included in your tier →

Selecting an Organisational Unit and choosing Configure gives you access to settings that apply to all users within that OU.

  1. Navigate to Directory > Organisational Units and select the OU you want to configure.
  2. Select Configure from the OU panel.

  1. Select the option you want to configure from the dropdown menu.

Configure options

Option Description Available on
Profile Fields Opens Settings > Profile Fields with the selected OU pre-selected. Configure which fields are displayed for the OU and its users, and whether settings are inherited from a parent OU or set explicitly. All tiers
Email Signatures Opens Signatures > Email Signature Management. Edit and enable a signature to be applied to the email footer of all users within the OU. All tiers
Offboarding Opens Workflows > Offboarding with the selected OU pre-selected. Configure the offboarding workflow applied to users in this OU when they leave your organisation. Essential, Pro, and Enterprise
Backup Opens the Backup policy configuration for the OU. Set and manage the backup policy applied to all users within this OU. Essential, Pro, and Enterprise
