  • Inspect Permissions - Quickly view the permissions that the selected user has, the scope of the permission (whether it only applies to  the user's own profile, a specific Organizational Unit, or all users in the domain), and which role the permission comes from.
    • If the permission is included in 2 (or more) roles assigned to the user, the user can perform the task on all specified OUs in scope.
        • Let's take an example where a user has 1 role with Email Signature Management permissions and it is set to Global Scope. At this point, they can perform Email Signature Management tasks for all users. They then get a 2nd role that also includes the same permissions but the scope is set to only apply to a specific OU (Marketing, in this example). The user could already perform the task on all users within the Marketing OU so these secondary permissions might seem redundant. However, if we then remove the user from the role with the Global scope, they will still be able to perform the task on users within the Marketing OU.
    • Selecting the Copy to Clipboard icon will copy the list of permissions so that you can paste it into another source (like a Support Ticket, if asked).
