To create a new Organisational Unit, navigate to Directory > Organisational Units.
- Select Create new org unit.
- Enter a Name for the Organisational Unit — for example, a location, brand, or department. An optional Description can also be added.
- Specify the Parent OU that this new OU will sit under. To change the parent, select Change org unit and choose from the list of all Organisational Units on the domain.
- Select Create new org unit to save. Select Cancel to discard and return to the Organisational Units screen.
The new Organisational Unit will appear in the list under the specified parent OU.
