Dashboard

When you login to CloudM Automate, the first screen you will see is the Dashboard screen. You can always get to this screen by selecting Dashboard. No matter what module has been purchased, the domain insights dashboard will be available to everyone. This is an at-a-glance window for monitoring the health of your domain within CloudM Automate (including any urgent or potential issues to address). It is broken down into the domain insights dashboard and depending on what you are licensed for, the Automate and Backup dashboards.

Tips for improvement

The Tips for improvement section provides a list of warnings designed to help you continually maintain your domain by providing both a description of the issue and a link to the impacted items / users.

By clicking the warning above for the users who have failed to login over the last 30 days, we can view who they are and, if needed, click into one of these users to perform Admin functions, using Actions.

Healthy Items

Healthy items are provided so you can remain aware of activity and processes that are successfully happening in the background.

Automate Dashboard

The Automate Dashboard is the central place to monitor your workflows and action anything if needed - providing an intuitive interface to interact with critical touchpoints within Automate. It is broken down into various sections and widgets, starting with the Total Users Offboarded section. It is also filterable by OU, so you can narrow your focus if needed, by clicking on the 'All OU's' dropdown at the top and selecting your defined OU. You can also Export your dashboard if you so choose, for reporting purposes, using the Export button in the top right.

Total users offboarded

The total users offboarded widget gives you a high level overview of your offboarding statuses, broken down into those that are processing, those that are queued and those that are awaiting action. You can use this in conjunction with the users awaiting action widget to get a more granular view of which users need manual intervention to continue an offboarding.

Users awaiting action

The users awaiting action section provides a convenient location to interact with users that need manual interaction to keep a workflow moving. Just click any user in the stack to find out which step they're stuck on and retry the step to move it forward.

Offboarding Overview

The offboarding overview panel gives you a birds eye view of your current and historic offboardings within a given timeframe. You can click into the currently scheduled widget to get a breakdown of all those users in processing via the Offboarding Status page.

Transferred Items

From the transferred items panel, you can get a breakdown of the total amount of drives transferred within your domain or OU, broken down into successful transfers and failed transfers. Using the 'All time' dropdown, you can also filter this for a specific date range.

Archive and Restore Overview

The Archive Overview section allows our customers who are also archive license holders and who have the archive step as part of a workflow to get an at-a-glance view of their archivals. This is broken down into those in progress, those taken place over the last 30 days and total archivals.

Similarly, the Restore Overview section represents the otherside of the archival process and shows the same but for restorations.

Offboarding Status

The Offboarding Status widget is a reflection of your total, successful and failed offboardings within the specified timeframe and for the specified OU. You can change the timeframe that this is relevant for by using the All Time dropdown.

Offboarding Adoption

Finally, the Offboarding Adoption widget gives a more granular overview of how those offboardings took place and whether members were offboarded directly through CloudM, deleted through CloudM or deleted through Google.
