What to collect before contacting CloudM Support

Requires the Essential tier or above.

Most Drive Management problems close at one of three checks: the service account and its scopes, the sync, or a shared drive with no internal manager. If those do not explain it, collect the following before you raise a ticket with CloudM Support. The more specific the report, the faster the answer.

  • Your tier.
  • Whether validation passed with the Drive Management option selected, and when the service account or its scopes last changed.
  • Whether Automatic Shared Drive Sync is enabled, and when the last domain sync ran.
  • The shared drive name and its managers.
  • The action you attempted, and when.
  • For a Bulk Query job, the per-drive results.

Check the yellow bar at the top of Drive Management > Shared Drives first. It flags a configuration problem with the domain-wide delegation service account.
