Requires the Essential tier or above.
Symptom
Drive Management shows a page about upgrading instead of your domain's data, or you cannot open it.
Cause
Either your tier is Signatures, where Drive Management appears in the side menu but opens a page about upgrading, or your account's role does not have the Drive Management permission. That permission is Global scope only.
Resolution
- Check the tier first. Drive Management starts at Essential.
- Then check the role. It needs the Drive Management permission with Global scope. Other permissions help too, for example full view of the Directory to reach users.
