The Shared Drives list

Requires the Essential tier or above.

The Shared Drives page lists every shared drive in your domain. Go to Drive Management > Shared Drives.

Find a drive

  • Search by drive name.
  • Filter by organisational unit and sync status, with More filters for members, managers and permissions.
  • Sort by drive name, members, managers, files or size.
  • Choose 10, 20 or 50 results per page.

Insights

Insights appear at the top of the Shared Drives page. A yellow bar flags a problem with your domain-wide delegation configuration. A red bar shows Shared Drive insights, such as how many shared drives are unmanaged and need a manager.

Columns

Every column is configurable except the drive name, which is always shown: managers, members, organisational unit, file count, public links, size, sync status and created date.

Drives nobody is managing

A good first place to look after your initial sync. Shared drives with no manager are flagged, and you can see just those using More filters > Managers > Unmanaged.

Shared drives whose only manager is an external user or a group are not caught by this filter, and actions on them can fail until an internal user is added as a manager. Check the Managers column as well as the filter.
