Bulk actions apply one change to several shared drives you have selected. To target drives by condition instead, use Bulk Queries.
Run a bulk action
- Go to Drive Management > Shared Drives.
- Select two or more shared drives. You can select up to 50 at a time, from the drives shown on the current page. The page size follows your Results per page setting.
- Choose an action from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, make the change, and apply it to every selected drive.
Available actions
- Update Drive Settings
- Add Member
- Update OU
- Empty Bin
- Delete
Each drive needs an active manager inside your domain. In a bulk job, a drive without one usually reports a failure. Adding an internal user as a manager resolves it.
