Viewing Order History
This view allows you to track spending, tax breakdowns, and procurement details for every license pool order placed. The table includes the following data points:
Financial Data Columns
- Order Number: The unique reference ID for the transaction.
- License Pool & Type: The name and product associated with the order.
- Quantity: The number of licenses purchased in this transaction.
- Pricing Breakdown: Individual Price, Sub-total, Tax, and the final Total amount.
- Ordered By & Date: The email address of the purchaser and the timestamp of the order.
Exporting for Analysis
For advanced reporting, accounting reconciliation, or internal auditing, you can export this entire list.
