How do I synchronize a new email signature?

This process only applies to Google Workspace domains.

 

Using the left hand Menu in CloudM Automate:

  1. Select Directory
  2. Select Org Units
  3. On the Organizational Units screen, click on the Organizational Unit that you want to edit.
  4. The Information panel will slide in from the right hand side of the screen.
  5. Click the Actions menu 
  6. Click Sync Email Signatures
  7. Synchronisation will start

How long does it take to synchronize an email signature?

This is dependant on the number of users being affected (e.g. is it one Organization Unit with X users, or the root Organization Unit with all sub Organization Units and users?) and how much data is within the signature that needs to be synchronized to each user account.

Typically, we would expect most changes to take place between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
