This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to identify, view, and retry failed restoration processes in CloudM Archive. If a restoration process fails, you can isolate the error and retry only the specific affected items.
Navigate to Restoration Status Go to Archive > Restoration Status in the CloudM sidebar.
Filter for Failures If the restoration list is long, use the Status filter at the top of the table. Select Failed to display only the processes that encountered errors.
Open User Details Locate the specific restoration job in the table and click on the User's Name. This will slide open a detailed information panel.
Analyze Errors In the panel, click the View Errors button. This will expand the view to detail exactly which items failed, categorized by data type (e.g., Drive, Email, or Chat).
Retry Failed Items To re-queue the restoration for only the items that failed (skipping the ones that were successful), click the Retry button.
