How to manage a failed Archive step

If the archive step fails for a user during an offboarding process, you can easily troubleshoot and retry the process by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Automate > Offboarding Status.

  2. Go to the In Progress tab.

  3. If the list is long, use the Status filter and change it from All to Failed to narrow your results.

  4. The displayed table will show all failed offboarding processes, including the specific step where the failure occurred.

  5. Click on the user's name to open an informational panel.

  6. In the panel, select Retry to restart the failed step.

If the step continues to fail after retrying, you should verify your configuration settings. Go to Archive > Storage Configuration and click Test Connection to ensure everything is set up correctly.
