Will the Migrate Emails step work if Gmail is disabled on the source Organisational Unit?
No. The Migrate Emails step will fail if Gmail is disabled on the Organisational Unit the user is being offboarded from.
To resolve this, either move the user to an Organisational Unit with Gmail enabled before offboarding, or enable Gmail on the source OU if email migration is required.
