In the Notifications section, you can add, view and edit your notification templates for CloudM Migrate.
You can create the following templates:
- Scheduled Summary - An email that displays the current migration summary will be sent on scheduled, specified days and times throughout the week.
- Migration Started - An email will be sent whenever a migration is started.
- Migration Summary - An email can be sent when a migration hits specified milestones in the process. You can choose to receive an email when the migration gets to 25% completed, 50% completed, 75% completed and / or 100% completed.
- Migration Failed - An email will be sent whenever a migration fails.
- User Completed - When users are being migrated, emails will be sent at specified intervals (from every 15 minutes to every 12 hours) to show all the users that have been migrated successfully during that period.
- User Failed - When users are being migrated, emails will be sent at specified intervals (from every 15 minutes to every 12 hours) to show all the users that have failed to migrate successfully during that period.
How to set an email template:
- On the Notifications screen, select the type of email you want to edit the template for.
- In the template field, write the email as you want it to appear, using the conditional fields listed under each email template type to add places where conditional text from CloudM Migrate will be populated (such as the Current Date and Time or the Project Name).

- Select Save to confirm any changes.
To enable an email:
- On the Notifications screen, select the type of email you want to enable the template for, ensuring that the checkbox is ticked.
- Set the email options as required.
- In the Email Address field, enter all the email addresses that you want to send the notification to. Addresses should be separated by a semi-colon (;).
- In the Email Subject field, enter the Email Subject Title that you want the email to appear as in the inbox of the recipient.
- Complete the following email options for each email type as detailed below:
