Problem

The CloudM Migrate returns an error:

Failed: Unable to start user migration. The database file is locked, database is locked

Solution

This error message typically indicates that something other than the CloudM Migrate is accessing the local SQLite database. This is usually an anti-virus solution or some other application that is locking the file. Identify the application and remove or disable it.
