Create an External Contact

To create a new External Contact:

  1. Navigate to the External Contacts page (Directory > External Contacts).
  2. Select Create new contact.
  3. Fill in the fields in the Basics step.
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Primary Email

  1. Select Next
  2. Fill in the fields in the Contact Details step. Although none of these fields are mandatory, they are displayed on the External Contact profile and, as such, provide valuable information about the Contact. We recommend that you should at least fill in the Job Title and Company fields. 
    • Job Title
    • Company
    • Department
    • Employment
    • Description
    • Addresses
    • Tags

  1. Select the Create new contact button  to save the contact.
  2. The new External Contact will now appear in the External Contact list.
