If you have set end dates for multiple users — for example, contractors on fixed-term contracts — you can use the search bar to find users based on their scheduled offboarding date.
Date format
All dates must be entered in YYYY-MM-DD format, for example 2026-03-31.
Search operators
| Operator | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
> |
After a date | end_date>2026-01-01 |
< |
Before a date | end_date<2026-06-01 |
= |
On a specific date | end_date=2026-03-31 |
>= |
On or after a date | end_date>=2026-01-01 |
<= |
On or before a date | end_date<=2026-12-31 |
Search a date range
To find all users with an end date within a specific window, combine two operators in a single query separated by a space:
end_date>=2026-01-01 end_date<=2026-06-30
This returns all users with an end date between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive.
