General CloudM Migrate Troubleshooting

  1. The link you have followed has already been used and is no longer valid

First try logging out and logging back in to CloudM Migrate. If still unsuccessful try using the browsers incognito mode. If this doesn’t resolve the issue please contact our support team.


To log into CloudM Migrate Hosted:

  1. Open a Google Chrome browser and go to
  2. If you are logged on as a domain Super Admin (Google) / Global Admin (Microsoft), it will  automatically logged into CloudM Migrate Hosted by the unique customer token. 


When using  CloudM Migrate Hosted web application ensure the Super Admin on a Google domain, or a Global Admin on a Microsoft domain is being used.
