Currently processing tab

The Processing tab (Workflows > Offboarding Status) allows you to quickly view the current step within the offboarding workflow for each user, including the status of that step.

Actions on individual users

If a step requires you to action it before the workflow continues, use the Approve, Reject, Abort, Resume, and Retry Now options at the end of each user row.

Retry Now availability

Retry Now is not available for all workflow states. If it cannot be used for the step in its current state, the option will be disabled. A Disabled icon is shown when hovering over it.

If an offboarding step has a custom delay configured, the time and date the step will be initiated is shown in the Status column. You can manually initiate the step early by selecting Resume at the end of the row.

User row actions

Bulk actions

To action multiple users at the same time, select the checkbox next to each user, or use the Select All checkbox at the top of the table to select all users in the list. Then use the Approve, Reject, Abort, or Resume options above the list.

Bulk Retry Now

When using Retry Now in bulk, only steps that are in a valid workflow state will be retried. Steps in an invalid state will be skipped.

Viewing a user's offboarding details

To see more detail about the offboarding process for a specific user, select their name to open their offboarding detail page. This full page view shows all previous and upcoming steps within the offboarding workflow, and allows you to approve or deny any actions you are the executor for — for example, the Request Approval step.

Notifications

If a step requires your approval, it will also appear in your Notifications list so you can action it from there.
