What is CloudM Automate?

CloudM Automate is a Google Workspace management platform that helps administrators manage their domain, automate routine tasks, and keep their organisation running smoothly. It brings together five core modules under one platform.

Directory

The Directory is your central hub for managing users, organisational units, groups, and Smart Teams across your Google Workspace domain. You can update user profiles, manage roles and permissions, configure inheritance, and search across your domain using powerful filtering tools.

Workflows

Workflows automate the processes that run when users join or leave your organisation. Define the steps you want CloudM to carry out — such as transferring data, revoking access, or reassigning resources — and Workflows handles them automatically when triggered.

Email Signatures

Email Signatures lets you create, manage, and deploy consistent email signatures across your organisation. Signatures can be targeted to specific users, OUs, or Smart Teams, and can include dynamic fields that pull in live profile data.

Backup

Backup protects your Google Workspace data by taking regular snapshots of user mailboxes and Shared Drives. You can configure backup frequency based on your tier and restore data when needed.

Archive

Archive provides long-term storage for user data after offboarding. Archived users' data remains accessible and searchable without consuming an active Google Workspace licence.
