Unexpected exception when processing user. The specified folder could not be found in the store.

Issue

This error can occur shortly after a user in Microsoft 365 has been created or had mail archive enabled. The user has not had the required time to be processed by CloudM Migrate.

Solution

Wait for the user to be propagated from the Microsoft side and rerun the migration.
