Terms & Conditions
This functionality is not currently available in CloudM Manage for Microsoft.
These terms and conditions are for your internal use - not the terms and conditions from Cloud Technology Solutions and CloudM Manage. CloudM Manage product Terms and Conditions can be found using the link at the very bottom of the screen.
Before you can setup and configure User Terms and Conditions, you will need to create a Google Doc containing your Terms and Conditions. This document can contain titles, headings and images and must be saved within your Google Drive.
The Terms & Conditions could be used for your staff to accept a Device Usage Policy, Company User Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Computer Use Policy.
- Select Settings in the left hand menu.
- Select the Global Login Controls sub menu category.
- Scroll down to Terms and Conditions section.
- Tick the Enabled box and then Select the User Terms and Conditions Google Doc that you want to present to your users.
- Click Save and your User Terms and Conditions are ready to use.
- You can verify the Google Doc by selecting the View Document option.
2-Step Verification adds an extra layer of security to a user's account. When enabled, Organizational Units can be configured to allow users to activate 2-step verification.
To enable, simply check the Enabled checkbox.
You can then setup a landing page for post login.
By default, this isn't configured so will take the user back to the address they were originally attempting to access. However, you can provide either an Internal or External page to land on.
The external URL can be any valid publicly available URL, such as your company website or a Google Site with links to your company specific apps.
Internal content however allows you to build your own landing page through HTML. It is important to note the setting "Full Screen", which, when enabled, will hide the CloudM Manage header and footer.
Setting Full Screen will hide the CloudM Manage header and footer.
In Settings > Global Login Controls, you can choose to enable or disable additional security features that restrict login attempts to CloudM Manage only based on their geographic location.
The actual restrictions (e.g. specify that users can only log in from UK or USA) are set on a per Organizational Unit basis within the Administrate > Security section of CloudM Manage.
Enabling the Location Restriction checkbox allows you to set a whitelist of which country or countries a user can login from for each Organizational Unit (or they can be inherited from the Root Organizational Unit). See the IP Range / Country Restriction and Behavior article for more detail.
