Archive functionality for Microsoft |
Our Archive feature is now available for Microsoft users, including using Microsoft Azure customer owned storage. In addition, CloudM Archive is now a full feature in CloudM Platform, having completed it's BETA phase.

Multi-bucket configuration |
You can now configure CloudM Archive to use multiple storage buckets. You can also set which storage bucket each Organizational Unit or Smart Team archives to, as part of their Offboarding Policy

Archive Vault |
You can configure CloudM Manage to archive a user's Vault data as part of an Offboarding Workflow (as a new step).

Import Migrated Users |
You can import a user or users from another Google Cloud Storage bucket into Archive, so that it can be restored to a current user in CloudM Manage. This means that you can now bulk migrate users to GCS using CloudM Migrate, and then easily access and restore their archived data in exactly the same way as you would if the data had been archived as part of an offboarding workflow.

Archive Chat Data |
In addition to being able to archive mail and drive data, you now have the option to archive your Chat data. Chat data will be stored and restored in email format, with up to 500 chat items being stored in 1 email item. |

View errors and retry failed items |
CloudM Archive will now allow you to view which items have not been archived or restored, causing a Failed status, and bulk retry the process. |

Optional KMS Key |
The creation of a KMS Key Ring and Key have been made optional. You can still enable this security feature, if required. However, please be aware of the associated cost. |
- Fair use policy - Each user (identified by the User ID) can only be archived for a maximum of 5 times, by default. CloudM Archive will display an error if this level is exceeded. The Fair Use Policy is an existing part of the terms and conditions for CloudM Archive.

Set how long you want to store archived data before it is automatically purged. You can even choose different policies for email and drive data. |

Partial restore of archived data |
You can now choose the exact data that you want to restore, down to an individual email or file. |
