Target Audience permissions

Target Audience permissions (Google) can be migrated but they must be replaced using Address Replacements in order to migrate successfully.

The destination Target Audience must be created before migration and the ID of the source target audience must be replaced by the destination, this is found in the URL when viewing it in the Directory > Target audiences area of the Google Workspace Admin Console.

Once you have collected the ID from both source and destination you will need to add an entry to your address replacements file as follows:

[sourceid].audience.googledomains.com,[destinationid].audience.googledomains.com

If the domains are not replaced any items shared with it will be shared back to the source Target Audience.
