Add a license when creating a new user |
You can now assign a Google license when you create a new user in CloudM. CloudM does not track the availability of licenses so you will need to make sure that a license of the type selected is available. |
||
Remove a license when offboarding a user |
You can also add a new step to your Offboarding Workflow that will remove the assigned Google license from a user and return it to your available pool of licenses. This prevents offboarded users from using up a valid license that could be assigned to an active user, helping you to keep your license costs under control. |
||
Historic Tab in Offboarding Status section |
The Historic tab allows you to view all completed offboarding processes. You can view additional information on a specific step which will help you to troubleshoot any issues that you may run into. |

Role Assignment Tab |
A new Role Assignment tab has been added to the Roles section to make it easier to assign roles to users. Previously, assigning a role was a dropdown section of Assigned Users tab. |

Disable the email signature on replies and / or internal mail |
You can now disable the email signature from being displayed at the bottom of replies and internal mail. This feature helps to cut down the number of unnecessary and repeated email signatures in an email thread, making the overall thread shorter and easier to read. |
