CloudM Automate for Google
Firstly, ensure that you are within your Google Workspace Admin panel (as an admin). From there, select Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps and click on CloudM Manage option in the list of applications.
Select the Delete App option and confirm that you wish to remove the application on the confirmation pop-up screen.
After you have confirmed that you want to remove the app, you will be brought back to your Marketplace Apps menu screen.
CloudM Automate for Microsoft
Please note: A Global Admin account is required to uninstall CloudM Automate for Microsoft
- Browse to aad.portal.azure.com
- Click Enterprise Applications
- Select CloudM Manage
- Select Delete
- Select Yes
To remove the signatures that are applied to outgoing emails:
- Browse to outlook.office365.com/ecp/
- Under Mail Flow, select Rules
- Remove rules starting with "CM-Sig-<GUID>"
Signatures will now no longer be applied to your tenant.
CloudM Automate for Microsoft is now removed from your tenant.
