Reporting Active User Information

To better understand user activity, the following definitions are provided for User Account Activity:

• On Insights page: Users have not logged in over last 30 days = This is if they have logged into either Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 or CloudM Manage in the last 30 days.
• On Insights Activity chart: Logins and Failed Logins = CloudM Manage login only.
• On Insight Activity chart: All activity for users from Last 30 minutes = CloudM Manage login only.
