To be able to set the Access Time for an Organizational Unit or Smart Team, you will need to have enabled the Time Restriction setting for the domain in Settings > Global Login Controls.
Setting the Access Time will configure the time periods when users of an Organizational Unit or Smart Team can login via SSO and access CloudM Manage.
To access these options, select Administrate > Security and chose the Organizational Unit or Smart Team that you wish to set the access time for. Then, select the User Login Controls tab and scroll down to the Access Time section.
Access time policies can be:
- Organizational Units - Set for the root OU and inherited, or explicitly set for each OU.
- Smart Teams - Set to Enable to apply the policy to all users in the Smart Team, or to Disable to force the user's password policy to be set by the next Smart Team (set to Enable) they are part of, or the Organizational Unit if the user isn't part of any enabled Smart Team.
If you have set the policy to Explicitly set Access Time for your OU (or Enable for a Smart Team), select Add to display the Edit Time Interval pop-up screen.
Set the start time and end time in the When field, and then use the drop down menu to choose the day of the week to apply the access time restriction to. The options are Every day, Working day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Select Set Interval to confirm the change and repeat the process for each day that you want to apply the access time restriction to.
Once all days are set, select Save to confirm the changes.
