1. Initial Setup and Login
To begin using CloudM Migrate Hosted, you will receive a direct login link to perform the initial setup. You can authenticate using either a Google or a Microsoft 365 account.
Important: We strongly recommend using a dedicated service account or an administrative account that will not be disabled or have its permissions altered for the duration of your migration project. This ensures uninterrupted access and service continuity.
2. Standard Login Process
Once your initial setup is complete, follow these steps to access your CloudM Migrate Hosted instance at any time:
- Navigate to the CloudM Migrate Hosted login page: https://migrate.cloudm.io/
- On the login page, select either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
- Authenticate using the same account you used during the initial setup.
3. Granting Access to Other Users
