Unable to validate license

Problem

In very rare circumstances, CloudM Migrate fails returning the following error:

Migration Failed: Unable to validate license, unable to query license server. The remote server returned an error: (500). Internal Server Error.

Solution

This error can occur when the CloudM Migrate licensing platform cannot be reached. You should check any network and firewall configuration to ensure https://portal.cloudm.io can be reached from your migration server(s).
