Source: Groupwise > Destination: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
When running a migration from a GroupWise source, the following error is seen:
Update access is denied to current user
If you encounter this issue, try to resolve using the steps described below:
- Try running the migration with a different ‘Message Export Method’. This should only be performed for the users having problems.
- If the above does not work, make sure you have run a GWCHECK (GroupWise Check). Please refer to GroupWise documentation for the latest instructions.
