Unable to Get Users from Exchange 2010/2013/2016

Problem

An error is returned when using Get Users.

 

Solution

CloudM Migrate uses Powershell scripts to get the userlist from Exchange. If the source platform is Exchange 2010, 2013 or 2016 then you need to modify the PS-URL in the source platform migration settings under 'Powershell Variables' to that of the correct server. This is usually in the format "https://servername/powershell":

Alternatively, you can import users using a CSV file.
