Problem
CloudM Migrate returns the following error when using Get Users:
Access is denied
Solution
This can be returned when the admin user specified does not have sufficient permissions to run the Powershell script required to return the user list. Ensure the account is a Global Administrator on Office 365.
If migrating from on-premise Exchange, you should modify the PS-URL in CloudM Migrate’s configuration under Source Platform Migration Settings > Advanced settings > PowerShell Variables to that of the Exchange server.
This is typically:
https://[servername]/powershell
From the Source platform Platform migration settings, select Powershell Variables:
From the platform configuration advanced settings, expand the Powershell Variables option.
