Understanding Shared Mailbox Migration
Shared Mailboxes are handled differently from standard user mailboxes within CloudM Migrate.

Discovery: Shared Mailboxes are not automatically discovered when using the Items to migrate > Get items from source option.

Manual Addition: You must manually add Shared Mailboxes to the Items to migrate list. Follow these guidelines:

Permissions: CloudM Migrate supports the migration of source mailbox delegate permissions to the destination Shared Mailbox.

Folders/Categories: Source mailbox folders and categories are migrated as-is.
Microsoft Shared Mailbox to Google Workspace User
Important Note: Unlike Shared Mailboxes in Microsoft, Google Workspace user accounts are licensed entities and incur costs.

Permissions: CloudM Migrate supports the migration of source mailbox delegate permissions as delegates to Google Workspace users.

Folders/Categories: Source mailbox folders and categories are migrated to Gmail labels.
Microsoft Shared Mailbox to Google Group
Important Note: Similar to a Microsoft Shared Mailbox, a Google Group is a free entity.
