Do you support the migration of Exchange Shared Mailboxes & Public Folders?

CloudM Migrate supports the migration of Exchange Shared Mailboxes and Public Folders. There are some factors to bear in mind:

  • Public Folders can be included in the user list when the Get Users function is used, however, you must first enable 'Include Public Folders in User List' in the Source Platform Server Settings for Exchange. 
  • In some cases you might need to Import items manually by CSV, in which case, this is outlined here: How to Import Items
  • Shared Mailboxes are not included in the Get Users function, but can be added manually as users and migrated to Users or Groups or Public Folders on the destination (platform depending).
