- Folders are converted to Labels in Google Workspace
- Categories can optionally be migrated as labels to Google Workspace or categories to Exchange 2010/Office 365. Categories are not supported for migrations to Exchange 2007
- High priority messages are ‘starred’ in Google Workspace
- When migrating to Microsoft 365, contact phone numbers are not migrated
