Software Requirements
The following software should be installed on the migration workstation:

CloudM Migrate

PowerShell, available from Microsoft. With modern versions of Windows (Windows Server 2008R2 or Windows 7 and higher, PowerShell is usually already installed) and access to the SharePoint server.
What else do I need?
- The credentials (username, password and domain) of an administrative user in SharePoint.
- The workstation running CloudM Migrate should be able to access SharePoint through the network.
- Test Connections:
- If only migrating team sites :
- Team Sites URL to be tested ie http://contoso. (Where to find Team Sites Url)
- Path and document library title of the site ie. 'sites/hrsite/Documents' (Last part after '/' being the title of the document library)
- If only migrating OneDrive/My Sites.
- My Site Url (Where to find My Sites Url)
- Username of the user to be tested
- If only migrating team sites :

The Central Administration Url is only required to get a list of Team Sites.
Configuring SharePoint
Configure CloudM Migrate
- Select the version of SharePoint from the platform selector. The default is SharePoint 2016.
- Enter the settings into the SharePoint On Premise Server Settings
- Enter your license key. Please click Help > Licence Key to apply the license. Paste in license key and click Apply.
- Setup your destination platform. Instructions are available for G Suite and Microsoft Exchange or Office 365.
- Test the configuration using the configuration test tool, available at ‘Tools->Check Connections’. See this article for more information about the connection test tool. You will also need to complete the settings for the destination platform before running this test. If any problems are encountered with the connection test, please examine the error and make the adjustments to your configuration settings.
- Generate your user list and select the users and items you would like to migrate in the ‘Users/Resources’ tab.
- Start your migration.
