Problem

When running a migration to Google Workspace, the migration fails with the following error:-

Unexpected exception processing import. Message is: Retry count exceeded for batch processing. Account processing failed. The operation has timed out Code: 0x0000

Solution

The above error indicates that there is a networking or communication issue between the CloudM Migrate workstation and Google Workspace. Recommended troubleshooting tips:-

• Remove Anti-Virus Software from the CloudM Migrate workstation
• Check firewalls to the Internet
• Check network load and quality of service
