When migrating to G Suite, the following error is seen:
Failed: User does not exist and has not been created (do you need to turn on ‘Create Users’?)
This problem can occur when the user being migrated to in G Suite does not exist and the tool has not been configured to create users. To fix the problem either:
- Create the user inside G Suite
- Set the option ‘Create Users/Resources’ in ‘G Suite Destination Platform Migration Settings’ to ‘True’ to have the tool create the user. For the tool to create the user, full name details and an initial password must be provided in the user details. It is also possible to force the user to change their password on login, by using the setting ‘Change Password on Login’ in the same configuration area.
