Import failed: Captcha required

Problem

CloudM Migrate returns an error:-

Import failed: Captcha required

Solution

This error is often see if the Google Workspace Administrator password is not strong, and therefore Google is requesting verification.

When this happens, you will also need to resolve the CAPTCHA by going to the URL http://www.google.com/a/your_domain.com/UnlockCaptcha (replace “your_domain.com” with your actual domain name.)

Then, reset the Google Workspace administrator password with a stronger password.
