Symptom
A drive's file count or public link count does not match what you expect.
Cause
Those counts come from the per-drive details sync, which runs roughly every five days per drive.
Resolution
Sync runs automatically on every tier, so the counts catch up on their own. Where you can act on shared drives (Pro and above), use Sync now on that drive to refresh them straight away.
