Checking a User's Email Signature

To check what signature is currently applied to a user's Gmail account:

1. Using the left hand menu, click on Directory.
2. Click on Users.
3. Select the required user.
4. Select More actions to display the drop-down menu, then click View mail signature.

To check what OU or Smart Team the signature is currently applied via:

1. Select Actions to display the drop-down menu, then click Inspect configuration.
2. See Email Signature. The following applies:
   • Parent OU means the signature is assigned to the user's OU.
   • Any other value means the signature is assigned to a Smart Team of that name.

Use this to confirm a signature update has taken effect after a manual or automated sync, or to check what a user's current signature is before making changes to it.
