Adding a Tag to an Email Signature

Tags can help you organise and search for groups of signatures. This is ideal for situations where you need to apply a range of bespoke signatures to different OUs and/or Smart Teams.

You may want to apply bespoke signatures for a user's secondary domains (e.g. if a user wants to send an email using their @brandB email address rather than their primary @brandA email address, they can specify a different email signature to be displayed).

To add a tag:

  1. Select an Email Signature from the Email Signature Library.
  2. On the slide-out screen, select Actions > Edit tags.
  3. On the Edit tags pop-up, enter text into the blank field.

    • Existing tags: As you type, the list of existing tags you can choose from will filter. 
    • New tags: Type a unique tag name. A green tick will appear at the end of the field to confirm it can be created.
    • Select +Add and Save.
  4. You can add multiple tags to a signature.
  5. The tag will be added under the Tags section.

To delete a tag:

  1. Select an Email Signature from the Email Signature Library.
  2. On the slide-out screen, select Actions > Edit tags.
  3. Click the X next to the unwanted tag.
  4. Select Save to confirm.
