Signatures: Overview

The Signatures function provides centralized control over your organization’s email branding. It allows administrators to:

  • Curate a library of bespoke signature templates.
  • Assign signatures to specific Organizational Units (OUs) and Smart Teams.
  • Schedule signatures to run for specific time periods (e.g., marketing campaigns or holidays).
  • Assign unique signatures to specific Domain Aliases and Group Aliases, allowing users to represent different brands depending on the "Send As" address they use.
