The CloudM Offboarding Workflow provides a customizable, step-by-step process for offboarding users from your platform. The number of available steps in your workflow depends on the CloudM modules you have licensed.
This article explains the steps available to users who have purchased the Archive module as a standalone module (without the Automate module).
Limited Offboarding Steps
If your organization has licensed the Archive module but not the Automate module, you will have access to a limited number of offboarding steps. The remaining steps will be visible but will appear greyed out and cannot be added to your workflow.
List of Available Offboarding Steps
- Request Approval: Initiate an offboarding request requiring approval.
- Preemptively Suspend User: Suspend the user's account before other actions begin.
