Overview
CloudM provides comprehensive training for all product modules to our Partners.
Training access is managed by Partners and can be associated with your partner users directly via the Partner Account portal in the following location: Partner account / Manage my users.
Managing Training Courses and Users
The primary interface for managing training is the Training Courses Table.
You can use this table to select a course, view its details, and edit which users have been allocated access to it.
- Viewing Learner Progress:
Selecting a course allows you to view a detailed list of all enrolled learners, showing their:- Name
- Email Address
- Total Progress (made in the course)
- Editing Learner Details:
To edit a specific user's details, use the ellipses menu located next to the learner's entry. This action will redirect you to the main user details page.
Retired Courses
Some older courses may have been retired. These are clearly marked in the Training Courses Table to avoid confusion:
- Status Indicator: Retired courses are flagged with a red dot icon (Status column, far left).
- Course Name: The course name will be prefixed with [RETIRED].
