Menu location: Domains/Manage domains (select a domain from the table)
Once you have selected a domain the configuration information will be displayed across several tabs. These tabs can be used to view and manage licensing.
Domain view
The inside left menu switches the view that is applied to the domain you have selected (in this case abc.com).
Note: When selecting Migrate from the inside left menu you can use the additional inside top tabs to move between the Migrate options:
- Overview
- Migrate statistics
- Migration calculator

Note: You can use the Add license button on any CloudM module tab to add new or additional licenses to your domain.

Add licenses for the first time
Migrate overview
Selecting Migrate from the inside left menu and Overview from the inside top tabs will display the following information:
- Licenses assigned for Google
- Licenses assigned for Microsoft
- Licenses assigned for Amazon
- Organisation name
- Platform
- Licenses volume: Total available from total assigned
- Supported source and destination platforms and expiry dates
- License key
- Migrate download links for 32bit & 64bit versions
- Quick link to open CloudM Migrate Hosted
- Button to add licenses (to the domain selected)
Note: Clicking the Add licenses button will take you to the Purchase page within the portal but with prepopulated domain name information.
Note: You can cycle through the Google, Microsoft and Amazon tabs to view the same information.
Note: If any of the above are missing from a domain’s view then no licenses have been configured for that destination.
Migrate statistics
Selecting Migrate from the inside left menu and Migrate statistics from the inside top tabs will display the following information:
Performance Data
- Items
- Item success rate
- Failed items
- Total items
- Avg item per second
- Max item per second
- Volume
- Total volume
- Avg volume per second
- Max volume per second
Aggregated statistics
- Documents
- Appointments
- Contacts
- Groups
- Tasks
- Notes
- Folders
- Other
This can be helpful when reviewing domain performance outside of the Migrate tool or across several historic migration projects.
Migration calculator
Selecting Migrate from the inside left menu and Migration calculator from the inside top tabs will give access to the calculator form where you can estimate the duration of the migration. Through input of data volume (numerical value), data unit (GB or TB), and server count (numeric value) the portal will provide a duration estimate based on anonymised historic migration data.
Note: Please note that these times are estimates and your actual migration time may be different.

If a CloudM environment scan has been performed on the domain the results can be selected from the drop-down menu on the right to deliver a more accurate result.
You can also access full information on the selected scan.
Automate
Selecting Automate from the inside left menu will display two sections.

The section provides easy access to view the following information:
- Organisation

Note: The statistics are updated a minimum of every 10 minutes.
Backup
Selecting Backup from the inside left menu will display two sections.

Email Signatures
Selecting Signatures from the inside left menu will display two sections.

Order history
Selecting Order history from the inside left menu will display a table with the following information which can be sorted by Order number, Date and Total. In addition, there is a filter available for search results.

Filters:
The filters dialogue menu provides the following information to help locate the domain you are looking for.
- Completed (calendar date picker for start and end date.
- Module (the CloudM module required)
- Platform (Google, Microsoft or Amazon)
- Payment method
Note: The table rows displayed can be switched using the bottom left drop-down menu between 20, 40 and 60 rows.
Note: The table pages can be cycled using the bottom right navigation icons.
User access
Control access to the CloudM Portal users that can manage the selected domain.
A table is displayed showing the following details of users added to manage the domain:
Note: These are the CloudM Portal user accounts.
Note: This section is only applicable if you have an account with ‘Admin’ permissions.
- Name
- User type
In addition, you can add a new user through the Add user button at the top right of the screen.
To edit or remove a user simply click the 3 dots at the end of the row for the user and select Edit or Delete to perform that action.
