Google Cloud Storage - Destination Settings

This article outlines the settings available for Google Cloud Storage as a destination.

Google Cloud Storage

  • Max file size: The maximum size of the files to be uploaded (bytes).
  • Compress objects: Compress the objects before they are uploaded. Setting this to true will use less cloud storage space at the expense of slowing down the import.

Encryption

  • KMS key full name: The full name of the google cloud key management service key e.g. projects/project-name/locations/europe/keyRings/keyring-1/cryptoKeys/key-1. The service account must have the Encrypter/Decrypter role on the key.
  • Encryption key file path (.gkey): If you encrypt your data using a Customer Supplied Key, this is a required setting.
