Prerequisites
- Box Admin Account.
- JWT App should be created in the Box tenant and Configuration File exported as per the below guide.
NOTE: Once you have created the JWT app, you will need to contact Box support to enable the “Can suppress email notifications from API calls“ setting for your app. Unfortunately, this has to be done by the Box Support team.
Connection Details
- Connection Name: Provide a unique name for this new source connection. This connection will be available in the Connections screen and can be reused across projects. The name can be used to identify the connection.
- Admin Email: Email address of your Box admin account.
- Test User Name: The email address of a user within your Box environment that you would like to utilize for conducting the connection test.
- JWT Configuration File: The JWT configuration file is exported during the execution of the prerequisites outlined above.
